Submit an Offer and Turn New Neighbours into Regulars
You’ve watched the condos rise at Parliament & Gerrard over the past few years—now the move-ins are starting. Beginning in February, new residents will be arriving at Daniels on Parliament, and this is a timely chance to introduce your business to new neighbours right from day one.
Daniels is creating a Local Business Discount Program to help residents get to know the area quickly—encouraging them to shop locally upon arrival and build real connections with Cabbagetown’s main street businesses.
How it works
Your business offers a special or discount (one-time, limited-time (3 months or more), or ongoing/lifetime—your choice).
*We recommend an ongoing discount or special that will have Daniels residents coming back regularly.You’ll honour the discount or special for the time period you select, for Daniels on Parliament residents, when presented with proof of residency. Make sure your staff know about it!
In return, participating businesses receive promotional visibility through Daniels’ resident welcome communications/materials. See details below.
Deadline to participate: Signup is ongoing, but we recommend signing up by JANUARY 31 to ensure you are included in early February Welcome Packages and maximize your visibility.

Business name
Your name + best email/phone
A brief description of your offer
Whether it’s one-time / limited-time / ongoing
Whether you’d also extend it to Daniels purchasers (approx. 442 additional residents)
If your business extends a discount to Daniels tenants, you will have your name, logo, location, website, and discount listed in the following places:
Brochure (to all prospects)
Welcome Package (to all tenants that sign a lease)
Social Media (Daniels channels - 10.4K followers on Instagram alone)
