Summerlicious 2026 — Eligibility Applications Due February 20
Although Winterlicious has just begun, Summerlicious 2026 planning is already underway. Full-service (table-service) restaurants that are not currently eligible and want to participate in Summerlicious 2026 must submit an eligibility application by February 20, 2026.
It’s important to know that Winterlicious/Summerlicious participation is a two-step process:
Eligibility application (determines eligibility + price point category; valid for two years but does not guarantee participation)
Session registration (eligible restaurants register to secure a spot each season)
Restaurants that were confirmed participants for Winterlicious 2025 or later are already eligible and do not need to submit a new eligibility application. If you’re unsure about your status, contact the program team before applying.
