Creative Co-Location Facilities Property Tax Subclass Applications Open (Due March 20)

Applications are now open for the 2026 Creative Co-Location Facilities Property Tax Subclass. This program offers a property tax reduction for eligible spaces such as multi-tenant cultural hubs, membership-based cultural spaces, and live music venues.

This could be relevant if you operate a venue or cultural space that supports arts activity, performance, rehearsal, or creative community use—especially in a shared or multi-tenant environment. If you’re applying for the first time as a live music venue, the City encourages you to submit a draft by February 20 so you can receive guidance and ensure your final submission is complete.

A few practical tips:

  • Start early so you have time to gather documentation

  • Review eligibility carefully and address each requirement directly

  • Use the draft review option if it applies to you

  • Keep a copy of your submission for future reference

Deadline: Friday, March 20 at 5 p.m.
