Open Air Sketching (Cabbagetown)

  • Corner of Sumach Street and Winchester Street Sumach and Winchester Toronto, ON Canada (map)

Explore the historic charm of Cabbagetown through art with an Open Air Sketch session facilitated by Urban Sketchers Toronto. Part of a global community dedicated to on-location drawing, Urban Sketchers Toronto invites artists of all skill levels to capture the neighbourhood’s beautiful Victorian homes, tree-lined streets, laneways, and everyday moments through sketching. Participants will draw directly from observation while connecting with fellow artists in a relaxed and welcoming environment that celebrates creativity, storytelling, and community. Bring your favourite sketching materials and discover Cabbagetown one drawing at a time. However, there will be art supplies available for use thanks to Urban Sketchers so if you don’t have any art supplies, just bring yourself!

We will meet at Riverdale Park West, at the corner of corner of Sumach and Winchester. This event is for ages 14+. If moderate to heavy rain occurs, this event will be cancelled.
