Step right up for the grand finale of Cabbagetown’s Around the World Pop Ups with the Circus Walk — a whimsical, roaming celebration transforming the neighbourhood into a living street performance experience filled with colour, comedy, creativity, and surprise. The Circus Walk takes place all across Cabbagetown, most notably on Parliament Street, Carlton Street and Gerrard Street.
As visitors stroll through Cabbagetown’s historic streets, they’ll encounter a cast of unforgettable performers scattered throughout the neighbourhood. Expect dazzling juggling performances, hilarious mime interactions, live caricature drawings, vibrant face painting for all ages, and a charismatic drag performer bringing glamour, humour, and theatrical energy to the streetscape. Around every corner, guests will discover spontaneous moments of entertainment, playful audience interaction, and photo-worthy surprises.
Designed for families, residents, visitors, and curious wanderers alike, the Circus Walk invites the community to explore Cabbagetown in a completely new way — turning everyday sidewalks, patios, and gathering spaces into an open-air stage. Equal parts street festival, art crawl, and roaming performance experience, this closing celebration captures the spirit of the Around the World Pop Ups: creative, welcoming, community-driven, and full of discovery.

Messy Margaret - Drag Performer
With her unique and comedic approach at local bars, venues, and on stage, Messy Margaret has embraced her role as Toronto’s “delusional diva.” Her sketches, often focused on the restaurant industry, have garnered global attention, and she’s become a mainstay of Toronto’s drag community.
Messy Margaret's journey began when friends urged her to merge her passion for acting and art, creating a captivating persona for Toronto's gay and queer events. Etenem Oton - Mime Performer
Etenem Oton, as ET the Mime, is considered to be one of Canada’s best mimes. Whether his show is televised to millions or live to hundreds, he is recognized nationwide as a sensational performer. Cleverly blending lightening wit and fabulous illusion with hilarious interaction, he can make your special event or televised production a smashing success. Regardless of the age or ethnicity of your audience, Etenem Oton will provide a refreshing escape from the limited world of speech and catapult you into the endless space of silent illusion.
Etenom has appeared numerous times on TV commercials like “UPS” and in films and has performed all over the world. He has amazed audiences at Roy Thomson Hall, North York Performing Arts Centre and the Kingswood Music Theatre. He has performed with skating champion Elvis Stojko, “Pinball” Mike Clemens of the Toronto Argonauts and has opened for the Nylons. As a silver statue he has performed with the Toronto Raptors as Silver Rock on TSN. Etenem also coaches the Canadian National Figure Skating Team regarding their facial expressions.
Taylor’s Toons - Cartoonist
Taylor is a Canadian caricature and story artist who loves visual storytelling!.
They have really been drawing since they were a baby. Taylor has always loved to not only create characters, but also tell stories with them. Whether it's through a single drawing of someone (or something), or a series of drawings edited together to tell a story, it's all about communicating to everyone.
Since 2017, they have been providing family entertainment as a caricature artist. Taylor has done illustrations for birthday parties, weddings, and corporate events, among others! The joy that they get from being a caricature artist is seeing people get excited about their work. Then seeing people smile and laugh when they first see their completed caricature... it's really like being Santa Claus!
