Sip and Savour the delicate brewing process of East African coffee, presented by Shalom Ethiopian & Eritrean Restaurant.

Step into the rich traditions of East Africa with an authentic Eritrean and Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony hosted by Saba at Shalom Ethiopian & Eritrean Restaurant. More than just serving coffee, this centuries-old cultural ritual is a warm and immersive experience rooted in hospitality, community, and connection.

Guests will witness the ceremonial roasting of fresh green coffee beans, the fragrant aroma of incense, and the careful brewing process that transforms coffee into a shared celebration. Hosted by restaurant owner Saba, the ceremony offers an opportunity to learn about the cultural significance of coffee in Eritrean and Ethiopian traditions while enjoying conversation, storytelling, and freshly prepared coffee in a welcoming atmosphere.
